Catherine Steadman (Anna 1)
Catherine recently graduated from the Oxford School of Drama. Her Theatre credits include: Jo and Rosa in BLEAK HOUSE, an adaptation of the story by Charles Dickens, with Oxford Touring Theatre Company; The Duchess of Berwick in LADY WINDERMERE'S FAN at the Pegasus Theatre, Oxford; Beatrice Wyld in D H Lawrence's A COLLIER'S FRIDAY NIGHT and Dainty Fidget in THE COUNTRY WIFE. Since coming to London Catherine has played Lisa in THE GLORY OF LIVING directed by award winning playwright and director Che Walker at the BAC and Anna in THE RUBANSTEIN KISS at the Almeida Rehearsal rooms. Her radio work includes: Mother in THE DISSOLUTION OF DOMINIC BOOT, The BBC Carleton Hobbs Bursary Competition, and Narrator in UNDER MILK WOOD.
Charlotte Pyke (Anna 2)
Charlotte trained at LAMDA and the St Petersburg Academy of Dramatic Art. Recent theatre roles include Andrea and Frances, in the UK premiere of SEED, a play by Souad Faress, Peg Woffington in MASKS AND FACES, Olive Young in LULLABIIES OF BROADMOOR, Electra in the UK tour of David Stuttard's adaptation. Recent film roles include Susan in ALONE TOGETHER directed by Martin Stitt, and produced by Sprig Productions. She has also translated Nikolai Gogol's THE GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR for the National Theatre, and Maxim Gorky's ENEMIES for the Almeida Theatre.
Clare McKenna (Anna 3)
Based in London, Clare started her career in her home town Dublin, performing in a Comedy Improv Club, working in Irelands only Contemporary Circus and then moving on to be a stunt double in Ardmore Studio’s. Since then she has also retrained in clown and theatre with Philippe Gaulier (2yrs) and achieved a Gold: Recommendation for her Advanced Level BADC Award for stage and film combat with Youngblood Ltd. Her work has enabled her to tour festivals and venues in countries including the UK, Denmark, China and Japan. Recent work includes THE SNOW DRAGON (Tall Stories), FISTICUFFS (C4/Voodoodog) and TAKE ACTION: Stunt dance/ Sword Fighter (Royal Festival Hall). She has also started developing her own work. Kiki Kendrick (Anna 4)
Theatre work includes: Fern/Kelly in FLY ME TO THE MOON and Heather in REUNION (John Godber/ Hull Truck) Rachel in MY BEAUTIFUL LAUNDRETTE (Snap Theatre Co), Stephanie in LIP*SERVICE (4 star, sell out show at the Gilded Balloon, Edinburgh 2001, Mrs Brenan in WAITING FOR HILLSBOROUGH (Lance Nielsen), CRIME AND PUNISHMENT (Phil Willmott/The Steam Industry) Jane in INSANE JANE and Tracey in TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT in the 5065 Lift and Soho Theatre. TV work includes: FUNLAND, TWO PINTS OF LAGER AND A PACKET OF CRISPS, FAT FRIENDS, THE OFFICE, NIGHT & DAY and COLD FEET. Films: DO I LOVE YOU? by Lisa Gormick, NINE LIVES OF TOMAS KATZ by Ben Hopkins and TRACKS (BAFTA short film winner) by Rupert Howe. She is also the narrator on a new series WIMPS TO WARRIORS which is on telly in the summer.
Maggie Saunders (Anna 5)
Maggie trained at Manchester University and Webber Douglas in London. She went on to work at Contact Theatre and Granada TV. Theatre work includes new plays at the Royal Exchange, Kings Head, Bloomsbury, Old Red Lion and Oxford Playhouse, and a tour of a two woman show called LIFETIME GUARANTEE. Her television credits include SWALLOW, CORONATION ST, several appearances on THE BILL, BROOKSIDE, FLASHBACK, FAMILY AFFAIRS and the FAMOUS FIVE She has appeared in many commercials and short films and has been recently working with film and drama collective PADDED CELL. She does regular comedy impro work.
